POOR PRODUCTION QUALITY! Your production company is very sloppy and careless. When I unpacked and unpacked the package (with protective plastic corners) inside I found the following: 1. a corner chipped which was matted so the edge was not flat 2. another corner chipped exposing raw glass (this one comes with wrapped in protective film). plastic corner) 3. the product had to be wiped down as it had smudges on it 4. then I noticed a brownish-yellow spot in the center and realized it was between the glass and the attached measuring sheet 5. AND WHEN I put it on my Table was shaky! So I thought it was my table? Upon closer inspection, I turned it over and discovered that A NON-SLIP RUBBER FOOT IS MISSING! 6. I also noticed that the edge of the enclosed measuring sheet is not firmly connected to the glass and can come off immediately! I have spent many hours researching the glass cutting mat and now I have to spend MY INCREASED TIME complaining about this product. and give the company a call to find out what they are going to do about these problems to solve them!
