Bought 4 of these locks. All broke within a year
I was very excited about this product as it was said to fit my external lock perfectly. The design and features were just what I needed. Well by the 1 year mark all 4 locks installed had failed almost equally. The inner keys get stuck and don't allow combos, blocking you from the outside. I've spent many hours diagnosing the problem but to no avail. If you're looking for an external combination lock, look elsewhere if you don't like being locked out of the house. I've since removed them all. I do not recommend this product.
