In any car, whether with adjustable seat belts or not, they suffocate me. I have never been able to adjust the seat or harness to make it safe and comfortable to wear. This controller, such a simple device, makes all the difference. I know I feel suffocated longer. It's adjustable the way you want it. I'm fine with shifting the shoulder strap so it lays flat on the front of my shoulder and not on my neck! Can't give enough stars! Also, they're tiny and packed in pairs, so I take one with me when I travel. There would be excellent fillers for stockings. GET THIS!
