Amika shampoo is great! The smell is pleasant, when wet the hair is smooth. I just received my shampoo order when I wet lathered my hair, no foam? I had to keep looking because I thought I had taken my conditioner instead, but it was a bottle of shampoo. The bottle says "shampoo" but it had conditioner in it. Very nasty, had a hard time pulling everything out of my hair. I would never put that much conditioner on my hair (I thought it was shampoo) and return it for a refund. I will be buying from my salon because I need it asap for the holidays. Attention, the item may not match the description or the label on the bottle. This is where mistakes happen.
