Review on Creative Inspire T10 Multimedia Speaker System with BasXPort Technology - Immersive Sound at its Finest by Doug Hinrichsen

Great sound, speakers feel heavy, controls are solid. HOWEVER, these speakers have an auto power off feature that turns off the speakers if there is no input signal for 10 minutes. This "feature" cannot be disabled. I bought them to report caller ID information when I receive a call. When the speakers are off and a call comes in, I skip the first split second of the announcement. I know it doesn't sound like much, but it's very annoying. I would not have bought it if I had known that this "feature" cannot be switched off. I ended up creating a scheduled task that runs every 8 minutes and plays a .wav file with silence to keep the speakers from going to sleep. Shouldn't have done that! Hence the 3 star rating.
