Stop Chasing Frida

This fence helps keep our dog within the perimeter of our backyard without worrying about him running into the poison ivy wooded area behind our property. It is protected from the weather, humidity and low temperatures of Michigan winters. The transmitter requires access to a power source, so I figured it would be best to find a location near a properly grounded outlet. I also connected this AC-DC adapter to a surge protector for added safety. This is a location that is on an outside wall with easy access to the courtyard. Because I have to bury the blue wires and connect them directly to the transmitter. These types of 2.4GHz transmitters can be susceptible to electrical interference, so do not place them near devices that generate electrical fields. The system's ground wires must be close to the turf surface to effectively transmit a signal to the collar. I kept my wire in a 1 to 3 inch deep trench to ensure proper signal transmission and to protect the wire from being damaged by a John Deere lawnmower. We started with beep, then static, and we just need to use beep mode.
