The Pumila electric dog fence offers very low electric shock. My two little Jack Russell Terriers don't even know they wear collars. I tested the electricity on my ankle and it tickled a little. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. I'm wasting my money and I'm not recommending customers to buy this product. I just put it back in the box.

For a while the guard worked fine until I woke up to a broken wire alarm one morning after testing the system. I found that the problem is not in the line but in the controls of the box itself. I contacted the company and they agreed to send a new kit even though my warranty had expired. Nice to see the company behind their product!

Good for dog training, he knows the places he can't go. However, the wire is so thin that it breaks very easily if it is not fully buried. Even the landscape fan breaks it.
