50% failure on headphones

Second purchase of these headphones from Kirkwood Resorts in Tahoe, first pair lasted a good 20 months and were amazing. The second pair was not so good. The mic stopped working within the first 3 weeks and the right speaker was dangling inside and I could hear it jiggling and the new one would eventually fail. It finally failed. I've tried contacting them and still haven't received or responded to anything.
