Sloppy Seconds in Body Chains
I received a necklace with a broken seal and when I opened it it was broken too. Luckily I had jewelry pliers so I could fix it, but it was very annoying. Not only that, the chain is definitely shorter than it appears in the advertised photos. I would say it gets about half the distance compared to the advertised image. It's not the end of the world, but I'd be happier if it was at least 5 inches longer to look more like the advertised image.
