ABUS security chain, can stop a casual thief

According to ABUSvideo, hardened steel prevents thieves from riding your bike. I hope that is a good deterrent, I also use disc locks, the chain only seems stronger, I have not tried cutting or sawing links, I take ABUS at its word. I love that they cover the chain links to protect the paintwork on your wheels. I use an ABUS lock to secure the chain. The ABUS product gives me a bit of peace and quiet when parking my bike.
