Hit or miss on adapters working

When I first got this one of the adapters wouldn’t turn on. I charged it again and started working. I’ve been using it for a few months and have trouble with the adapters randomly shutting off and then you have to start all over. I think for the cost you would think the adapters would be better built. I have no idea how to contact the company to get this replaced, but I’ll keep researching. I would recommend this if your adapters don’t shut off like mine. I do feel my abs engage and other muscle groups when it is working properly.
