I bought a double bed for my room. The size is smaller than my queen size bed. In any case. It wasn't easy to collect. It took MUCH longer than I expected because of the nuts and bolts. Tightening with an Allen key is very slow. It would be better if it was suitable for screwdrivers, because my drill press with various screwdriver bits would do it quickly. I was literally able to assemble the bed in minutes instead of the hour and a half it actually took me. However, he finally got it together. My new hybrid mattress is lying on it. I immediately realized that the slats were too far apart to securely support the mattress without sagging. Also, the frame is a few inches longer than my standard twin mattress, so that doesn't help. It's also shorter than I expected but I can still stash stuff underneath so it's not a big deal. Overall this is a good frame for the price. Nice and light but very durable which I like a lot. However, the buyer should be careful. If you have a memory foam mattress or a hybrid mattress, use plywood or something else to put it under your mattress. Don't buy it and don't think it will fully support your mattress without anything underneath. Otherwise, you may be trying to sleep with your head or legs uncomfortably down.
