They will also send you samples of new updates before they go live so it's nice knowing what your customers can expect in advance! Nothing really as I haven't ran into anything yet but maybe there has been something since we have only had our account for 7 months now? Maybe try contacting them if nothing comes up after using this service longer than 1 month!! Getting feedback form real users who already signed-up vs beta testers etc makes all difference between good products & bad ones - no matter which direction one goes (good/bad) just make sure you're getting proper use cases tested first by actual end consumers rather then early adopters / developers testing things themselves using tools like omnipanel itself..
