I can't update the meter according to the instructions Solid signal didn't help I spoke to a technician, he said he didn't know anything about the target meter Q2.0 - he said to hold the line for about 10 minutes and the line was cut. Since then I have tried 4 times to speak to the technician, they say they will give me the ball back but they never do. How would you rate this seller?
