I like that it is easy to use for my team who are not always technical savvy! It's also nice because you can save your work as draft then share with other members so they don't have to redo all their changes once submitted. Sometimes when there is an error or something wrong happens during our workflow process you cannot go back which makes things difficult if we want to correct them later. Also sometimes it takes longer time before others see what has been done by us since its saved locally instead of being shared via cloud platform. If you're looking into using this software be sure you know how to navigate around. We've used different platforms but most were too complicated while sapien was simple yet effective.
