Review on Arkon Tablet Holder Samsung Galaxy by Elmito Yeager

I bought this to hold my iPad 2 so I can use it to navigate my car. The mount that bolts to the passenger seat is very rigid, so the iPad is held very securely. Also, the mounting mechanism is spring-loaded from below, so you insert your tablet by pressing it against the two bottom brackets while pushing back on the top of the tablet. The springs loosen a bit and the tablet snaps into place. The device can wobble a bit in the holder if you hit a hard bump in the ground. If you drive very bumpy roads you may need to use velcro or something similar to secure the mount to reduce vibration, but on typical highways where you mostly drive at high speeds it is very stable. actually my second mounting system from Arkon. The first holds my phone and the mount is much smaller than what comes with this system. In addition, the hand has become significantly stiffer. However, both holders fit in either hand, so I can remove the tablet holder and replace it with a phone holder if I don't need an iPad. It's nice to use iPad for navigation, as long as you can point it that way. Sunlight is not on the screen.
