Entertains the baby for a while.
It sticks well to the high chair and has a nice rotating fan in front. My daughter loves spinning it over and over again. The toy can also transform into a push car, my little one hasn't figured out the concept yet but we're working on it! This toy is great when I'm cooking dinner and she wants to be in the kitchen with me, it keeps her in her chair without crying the whole time. It's a bit pricey at the current price of $12.
