Easy to set up. Charges additional JoyCons via the USB docking station. It covers the front of the dock. So it doesn't work with dock cover. If you have a dedicated dock like Animal Crossing New Horizon you will no longer see any graphics. I had to place the Joy Con charger on the back of the docking station. Otherwise does what it's supposed to and helps tidy up your TV/games room.
