First of all "WOW" this product has many settings and does so many different things at the touch of a button. It has a default temperature setting that can also be adjusted. It can air fry, dehydrate and even sear meat, as well as roast, reheat and even has a setting to keep food hot. I am very impressed and happy with this product and everything it does. I was a little worried it would be difficult to figure out the settings, but the instructions make it easy to use and understand. It comes with a cookbook with easy recipes to help you use the full potential of the oven while preparing dinner. I have cooked beef jerky, steak, fish and veggies and everything was perfect. The oven feels solid, it's sleek with clean lines, the only thing to note is its size, but to do everything it does it needs to be bigger than your average toaster. I would recommend it and give it more than 5 stars if I could.
