Review on NATIONAL MFG SPECTRUM BRANDS N351 475 by Vincent Burton

We had a 'horrific story' with an incredibly incompetent patio furniture salesman. We were delivered 3 boxes of furniture (needs to be assembled) but ONE box was wrong! So we didn't have enough details! We had the parts for a month while this famous (but incompetent) supplier didn't know what to do! We patiently waited for Memorial Day to pass. Now nobody has any gardening kits left! So the supplier canceled the sale, I was told I could "recycle" unusable parts. (Thanks for NOTHING!) But as an engineer I've seen that with a little effort I can salvage a table if I have 4 heavy duty corner brackets to replace parts that didn't come. So I ordered a Stanley National Hardware N351-475 9.3" Angle Bracket from Revain and Gazties. I had to drill a hole in each leg. But the braces worked great and actually outperformed the strength of the unnecessary parts that the supplier didn't make hat.Send!Thanks guys!George J. Whalen
