This is one of the best bungee cords I have ever used. When pulled taut to hold my load on the trolley, this cord has just enough power and is very strong. As several other reviewers have pointed out, this is not regulated. To shorten the cable, you must either cut it to length or use other mechanical means. It is impossible to bend the cable and insert it back into the tiny hole. Other than that, this is a great product.
