I had no problem with their work at all because they did exactly what we wanted them too do! We have been hired by another party but our old agency is still working so this was very good timing since it allowed us time together before switching over agencies - which should happen soon anyway. The pricing structure could be better if there were different plans available depending upon how much you need done each month instead of just one fixed rate per client monthly price plan like most other companies use now days..
