Great little drill with a punch. The 2-speed selector switch at the top is suitable for use, and the mode selection is intuitive. I think it's great for light work ie a homeowner doing small jobs around the house. The drill bit is very small and I don't think it would be suitable for heavy duty work like metal work or much drilling in masonry. I'll keep my corded drill handy for bigger jobs like shoveling and hard surfaces. No comparison with 120V torque! The advantage of this drill is that the battery can be exchanged for other Bosch devices. I have an older 10.8V wireless driver (PS10) and the same size battery. I did a little research before purchasing this drill as I didn't want to end up with a bunch of incompatible batteries and chargers. The WiFi driver easily uses the 12V battery, which for some reason has been significantly understated. The new version (PS11) uses the same 12V batteries as this drill. So now all I need is 1 charger and a set of batteries, 10.8 volt stuff can be on the shelf and I can use 12 volt power.
