The ease of use by our office has enabled us great time efficiency within all aspects of our business needs. It helps keep everyone in sync throughout the project process and allows them to work at their individual pace without needing constant monitoring. Sometimes things do go wrong like some laggy moments but this only can be fixed with better computer processing speed. There are many features that I've been able to figure out myself which saves me so much time as well! We're able to create virtual meetings via video meeting software and we're also able to send documents or files around using various file transfer methods. This makes it simple to share everything you need with others who may not have your expertise, even if they're outside of the building. Collaborating together on important tasks such as inspections, safety concerns, change orders, etc., can save us money through reduced risk and improved customer satisfaction. I like how easy it was to use and connect with my co-workers. It's very simple and straightforward! Nothing really bad about this software as of now but maybe they should improve their customer service department because sometimes you feel left out or not being heard when having problems/questions. We are able to easily communicate online via email, chat, etc. This has helped us be more efficient in our work flow.
