I love this product so much I now have 3 of these I really like the ease of cleaning. Just wipe it off when you're done and put it away, which is super easy. I haven't made a pizza with it yet, but I've made a cake with it. Simply place the tart on the wire rack, the lower pan catches any leaks and the entire crust is baked to perfection with ventilation from all sides; including the opening on the bottom tray. It goes without saying that a pizza crust would be just as good. I highly recommend this product as a gift or for myself to use during the holidays.
