This 1 blade wire stripper is faster than I expected. I feed a 3 foot 12awg wire at a time and I can barely keep up. Whip the insulation in box throw the brite in the barrel feed another 3'wire all day continuously if you want. I experimented added a few bends in 3foot long 12awg ,left 4" strait to feed the roller ,it took it but stay back it's gonna whip and spin! The wire was mostly stripped but much smoother. The insulation just fell off when I ran it for only 2 times total. I freakin love my dads new toy I bought for a gift. PLAY WITH THE ADJUSTMENT it is though and took a little beginner abuse from us .tip: try not to cut too deep into wire find a happy-medium because all 12 Aug do not have same thickness insulation. Also changes speed when a thicker wire runs through so listen for drag down and slightly raise cutting wheel.
