I bought this pump on June 20th and it is now September 3rd (just over 2 months) and this pump no longer works! I am very disappointed in this product as it should have lasted much longer than 2 months. My boyfriend and I use this daily in our apartment, often enough that we fill our water bottles multiple times a day. With such a small amount of regular home use, this pump shouldn't have died just yet. The blue indicator (water pumping indicator) comes on when the button is pressed, but the engine will not start. I have included a pump fee just in case this happens. had problems and even after fully charged it still doesn't work and now it's time to look for a new pump. Will definitely never buy this brand again!
