Somehow the needle went through that post at zero so here it is now. Not sure if the resolution is good enough to see the needle on the wrong side of the post It only lasted a few hours, but having only tried it over a month after purchasing it I can don't return it through Revain. Most frustrating is the lack of customer service. The company will probably replace it because this one is obviously faulty, but I can't find a way to contact them.
