Review on APSS Enforcer by Cody Wuol

I like the fact that it's user friendly. It allows you to keep track of everything from criminal history searches to case status. The only thing I dislike about it is that if one person makes changes to something, they have to be changed for everyone who uses it. If one person is looking up a particular name, others can't use it until the first person finishes. This makes it difficult for multiple people to work on one search at once. Also, it's hard to find certain things because they are not organized by date. So many times I am searching for something in older files and I can't find it. Because of this, it takes me longer to get what I need. I also wish there was a way to copy/paste into other programs like Outlook so I could access my data anywhere. It's very easy.
