This is a pretty nice hat for the price. The felt is nice, thick, and sturdy, and does not look too cheap. Much better than what you would get in the party store. The satiny rope-like hat band in the colors of the German flag is a nice touch, as are the feathers - although I did remove the fluffy white feather and added a pheasant feather, that was just due to personal preference.I got the large and it fits fine on my big ol' noggin - plenty big enough. I look forward to wearing it to some local Oktoberfest parties this year.
