This is a great product / if you can make it work. I sent the first one back after not being able to set it up and after sending a query to the seller which I never responded to. The second one I got had the same problem. It didn't spin no matter what I did. Then I read all the reviews and realized that others had the same problem. When two parts are painted during production, the surface to be assembled is painted on the edges and when they are put together they clamp and of course there is no quality control. I removed the screw, stripped the paint, coated it with PTEF Teflon and now it works. You don't have to do this. It's strong, light weight and has a plastic stopper to hold the setting in place like no other.
