If you want a more upright riding position and don't care about the extra weight of a heavy stem, look no further. Easy installation and configuration. I like the fact that there is a hex bolt lock at the bottom of the sliding pivot that prevents accidental movement of the stem if the pivot bolt is not tightened properly. Well designed and worth the $24.99 I paid.

I returned one and then received a second one which had the same problem with rotation but had the addition of scratches and was in a bag with sensors/scratches everywhere like pulling it over Concrete. You have to force a screw out of one end to separate the arm and base and scrape off the paint that restricts movement, assemble, test and repeat until the arm is free to rotate - bit of a pain when there are other options , which could be improved . .
