I like that it can be used to create custom reports, so you don't have all of your data in one place (i know this sounds silly but i dislike having everything right there). The fact they are constantly updating makes me feel more confident with their product because if something isn’t working correctly or not as advertised then someone will come out quick fixing any issues we may find! It's hard sometimes when trying new things/features since some people do get confused about what exactly aerial does versus other software programs such us excel etc., which leads them into thinking its just another spreadsheet program rather than an actual tool designed specifically towards analytics & reporting purposes only - however once again thats my personal opinion :) We use aerials mainly due our clients being able too see where patients spend time within each department throughout hospital stay allowing quicker patient flow through departments ensuring no delays occurrring.
