I have been using Voice Cadys for many years. Broke off a clip on my last one and bought a new VC4 with a bevel. Worked well for several rounds. If it was attached to my hat on a windy day, my hat would fly off and land on the grass and the VC4 would stop working. Called every day for a week to see if I could fix it and always got voicemail. Left messages for tech support, general mailbox and even tried bulk inquiries and no one called me back. Thank you Revane for returning the item even though it cost me 20%.
