Only lasted about a month after installation

They were installed by my husband who works as a mechanic and my uncle who is a professional coachbuilder. They worked great initially, then the driver's door started to freeze and after about 2 weeks it had problems closing and opening. The roller parts are completely broken on the driver's side and now we have to replace them again. The passenger side now has trouble opening and closing.
