I bought this for my mom, but her physical therapist borrowed her one before I got this to her, and then an MRI revealed she had cancer, so the pain was not treatable with this type of method. So it sat on my table for a while, and I first used it on my hip. Then yesterday I tweaked my back, and decided to try it for that. I have had other tens machines, and I’m still looking for "that sweet spot” in the settings on this machine. I did like that it came with several different sized pads, and I really like that it is rechargeable. I have been using it for pain relief on that sore/pinched spot on my back since yesterday and it seems to be helping. A few weeks ago I used it on my hip, and it allowed me the ability to hike in 4 national parks where I normally would not be able to.
