I bought these lamps more for decoration than for lighting. I bought the bright light and I should of bought the warm lighting instead. As you can see in the picture all of my lights are warmer in color. I like how easy wss to put them together. I live in Arizona so charging the lights was not an issue. In just a few hours I had the lanterns ON and lasted all night long. I just got them yesterday, so I cannot comment on lifetime.
