I like that it is easy for me as an admin user, but also has some useful features in case of emergencies such as recalls or product issues with our products (such as mold). The customer service support team can be slow at responding sometimes when there are no other options available if something goes wrong within their system. You should use this software because they offer great services including alerts through email notifications which helps us receive important information quickly so we don't have time lapse between receiving notification about problems/recalls etc..
