We like how easy it was to integrate with our ERP solution as well as other partners products (Magento). Customer support has been excellent! There have never been any issues or questions about functionality which makes this software very valuable. It does not work natively in Mobile but they are continually working towards making changes to enhance compatibility. You can’t log out when using mobile devices. This isn't an issue on PC's however, once logged back onto desktop computer the user cannot be reentered until after logging off from his device again. I would strongly recommend considering adding Magento integration due to its ease of use along with many additional features available through third party services such as Appnexus and Google Playstore Integration. Our organization needs integration between multiple different solutions including ERPs, eCommerce portals, CRM systems. I like how easy it was to use once we had our account set up. It's very intuitive! There are some minor bugs here and there but nothing major at this time. We have been able to streamline processes with ease since implementing conductor b2b. We were previously using excel files which could take hours or days to update. Now we can easily add new products and track them in realtime.
