Sturdy, well-made product.

We bought this for an 18ft shed on our 2007 Winnebago trip. A&E 94001 series manual movement with roll up aluminum protective cover. 17ft 3in x 8ft is the perfect size for our setup. Easy installation/removal, just insert into the slot. A little silicone or dry lubricant in the slot really helps. Custom-fit, hard-wearing sun protection fabric. Expect good staying power. A few notes. Manual awnings require a tensioning strap. It's not on this screen. Because of this, there has been some argument about giving this item four stars. Instead of sending it back, we installed it ourselves. Sew ten minutes. Faster if you can sew. :) Some people have mentioned that you can leave it attached and roll up the awning. In our case it is possible as a temporary measure, ie you drown out the awning with a strong wind. In our case with built-in screen, the folded diameter is too big to cover the aluminum cover, so we have to remove the screen before driving on the road. All in all a great addition to our favorite toy. Plus, it comes in an attractive, well-made zippered carry case. Small complaint but if you can fold it back up to fit back in the suitcase you are a better person than me Ganga Din.

Cons
  • Lots of stuff
