Overall a five star product. It does what it's supposed to and is really good quality. Very durable when installed correctly. A few notes: The plastic covers for the bottom of the stairs are not good. I think mine fell out before I even got to the raft. There's nothing wrong with that, so I didn't deduct any downside - the ends of the stairs are underwater where they're still not visible. Please note that the ladder does not come with any fasteners. Again, points aren't accepted, because how can they turn on the hardware without knowing your application? However, here are a few tips: Don't go with the carriage bolts because you'll need something to catch on top so you can tighten the nuts and lock washers on the other side (lesson learned the hard way). I used 9/16 stainless steel cap screws and nylon locknuts with lock washers just in case.
