I've bought almost 100 lutron vacancy and occupancy sensor switches for all our vacation rentals. Wonderful money and time saver. I like that they are about 5/16" thinner than topgreener which stick out more and use about 1/8" more inside the box (can be the difference between having room and not having room to wire). It is flush on the outside compared to sticking out about 3/16" for topgreener. Does not require a neutral hookup like most top greener versions do. Does require ground to work properly. These are tricky for 3-way application but lutron has great customer support if you need help. Its not intuitive how to do it as the other (regular existing 3-way) is wired. You just need one and your old switch, a new 3-way switch or a companion switch. For more than 2 switches whre you normally use 3-ways and a 4-way, you'll replace all of them with one of these and the rest need to be companions. Tip: these are color-wise compatible with light almond. I only use the occupancy sensors in pantries and walk in closets that almost always dark. Vacancy switches or vacancy mode on occupancy switches works best almost all the time. One pet peeve is that they don't come with plastic screw backs so I grab the old one and put it on. There's a slew of varieties and fancier ones that come with a book to program and some that work with alexa. Cool but this one and the basic 2 way ones are my go-to switches. I've put the dimmer ones in the master bathrooms. The occupancy version of this is MS-OPS5M-LS, the two way is MS-VPS2-LS, occupancy 2 way is MS-OPS2-LA and the dimmer I like is MSCL-OP153M-LS and of course the vacancy version is MSCL-VP153M-LS and all of them come in 26 other colors. Tip, before you do your first 3-way, take pictures of both switches with wires attached. When done, take pictures of both switches before you put them in the wall so you have as a pattern for other 3 way installs. Another tip, they often wont work if you are trying to do lights that are on another motion sensor (like outside lights). Only had one or two bad used ones from Revain and of course, amazon stands by everything they sell. Lutron also said that they would take and replace it too. Cant say enough about their customer service.
