Good value and only slightly higher than no name BCAA supplements, I plan to buy this version again from Gaspari. I'm guessing the extra price is due to the B vitamins making a noticeable difference in energy levels. Although I wasn't a fan of the suggested 6 pills, I did notice a difference during my workouts. In particular, less tiredness and sore muscles. It has also helped me build muscle while losing some fat at the same time. I ran out of BCAAs about a week ago and have noticed muscle soreness this week. Something I haven't experienced in a while since taking 2 containers of BCAA 6000.
