You get a fairly large gallon size of this product which will last a long time depending on how much you want to spray. It was easy to use and the instructions were pretty clear to mix 1 to 1. There were no toxic odors in it and when any of it got on my hand there was no burning, no irritation even when I washed it off after a few minutes. As for the product, I used it on those wood beams on the front deck as it would get very wet and moldy from the sprinklers. After spraying and returning a few days later I thought I had seen less of that green/dark residue. Hope it stays that way!
