The product listing says it should be possible to contact the manufacturer for support but I can't find any information on this, not even here on Amazon, nor in the tiny manual that came with the Switch. I'm not sure if anyone has had a positive experience with this switch on Windows. I have a Microsoft Natural keyboard and a cheap optical mouse that work fine on my Windows computer. However, when connected to this machine via my new Ketaky switch, the keyboard stutters and keys sometimes stick and the mouse pointer stops moving (and skips clicks) for a moment every ten seconds. They *really* work fine on macos via the kvm switch, but not on windows. I'm not sure what's going on here but I don't know what to do other than leave negative feedback as there is no information to contact support. Until this current behavior is fixed, the switch is effectively a lemon.
