I don't usually take time to leave reviews, but this product is a-maz-ing. I want to shake the hand of the person who invented it. I took a chance because we have a kitchen island with "locking" wheels. Every time we leaned on the island, it would move. The wheels were getting worse over time. We thought about having a base custom-made for the island, but that is a lot of work. We could not take the caster wheels off, because them the island would be too low for anyone to sit on the counter stools underneath the fold-down table portion. I hesitated to purchase these slipsticks, because the size of the wheels on our island were much different from the size of the wheels on a standard rolling bed frame. The wheels we had were much bigger in diameter, and much smaller in width. When they arrived, I put them underneath, the *opposite* of how the thicker wheels would normally sit in then - so the wheels were actually perpendicular to how they should be sitting. Guess what. This island does not budge. It sounds dramatic, but I wanted to cry I was so happy. They REALLY WORK.
