AmazingCart - Excellent Customer Service
I do not have any complaints about this software. It works great, very easy to use with no bugs or issues at all! The customer service was excellent when I had questions. They were able to answer them quickly and efficiently. There are some things you just cannot see from viewing screenshots but will be explained in person if necessary. If you want an app for your store that's going to work well then go ahead and get it. You won't regret it. We needed something more efficient than our old system and we found just what we wanted here.
Pros
- Great support team
- Easy way around interface,
- Very helpful tutorials.
- Ability add custom fields easily (not sure how many)
- Simple layout design which is nice
- Lots o' options available including shipping fees etc
Cons
- Some features may seem complicated until they're used once
- Can take awhile sometimes loading pages
