Purchased in December 2020, not installed for some time due to the weather. September 2021, pulled into my driveway and my truck just stopped. (Thank goodness I made it home) After everything else was cleaned up, I disassembled the body of the truck and found that part of the assembly had snapped off. I don't understand how the part is supposed to just come loose, apart from the poor build quality of the product. I need my truck to go to work immediately. , had to pay nearly triple that at the local Anywho auto parts store. not happy - trying to figure out how to contact the company to get a refund based on the advertised guarantee = fingers crossed
