I have a Suburban 04 with low oil pressure issues. This is the second engine with the problem. I can usually change the oil when it goes bad and that helps. A year or so ago it didn't help and the engine rattled very badly and sounded like it had stalled. In desperation, I added a bottle of Auto-RX, thinking it might be mud related. 30 seconds after installing it in the engine, the knocking stopped completely. Now I can get about 3000-4000 miles before the pressure becomes an issue and I have to change the oil and add Auto-RX. I've tried other supplements that say they help, but they either didn't do anything or just made things worse. The engine always settles down immediately within 30 seconds of adding Auto-RX after an oil change. I know this is probably not the intended use or course of action for this product, but it has extended the life of my Suburban, which is why it gets 5 stars.
