GOOD. So. Pairing was easy. Works well. It's nice to wear, which is hard because I wear glasses and this + headset never works that well, but here's the thing. The noise cancellation is too good. It makes you sound like you're fifty feet away. Not ok for my job as I use the phone a lot. I had to dig into my computer settings to set it up. There is an option in the advanced settings that is usually automatically enabled on most computers and says allow applications to take full control of the device or something like that. Uncheck this box and it will fix it. If I visit him on Monday and he does the same, I will change my rating and buy another headset. But so far everything has been fine after this setup and works great.
